If there is one product I could not live without, it’s this baby carrier. I use it literally every single day! I wear it while doing work around the house, I wear it during workouts, and it has become my baby’s favorite nap spot because he gets to be right where he loves most, glued to me and his dad.
What I love most about this carrier is how versatile it is. My boyfriend and I switch off wearing this and it fits us both comfortably. The lumbar support is incredible, my back doesn’t hurt at all even after wearing it for extended periods (which is amazing because my boy is a chonker). Upseat Baby Chair
At 4.5 months old, my little guy is starting to explore the world around him, and the Upseat has been such a fun new addition to our gym routine. We don’t let him spend too much time in it, about 10 minutes at a time, but it has been the perfect way to switch up his environment and get him practicing how to sit upright.
Being stuck in the same position for too long can get boring, when he starts getting fussy from tummy time or just needs a change of scenery, the Upseat is our go to. It gives him a different perspective of his environment while supporting his growing, little body the right way.
The tray table is a such a great addition! I will sit him down with a black and white book or one of his crinkle toys and he is completely content, playing and taking everything in. It’s the perfect little moment of independence for him while I get a nice workout in.
A great switch up, a great learning tool, and a great moment of relief for mom to get some time for herself.
Bright Starts 5-in-1 Your Way Ball Play Mat
This play mat was not even on our registry, it was a gift from a friend, and it has become one of our most used baby items hands down. It travels with us everywhere, from home to the gym and back again, every single day.
What makes this mat so special is the size. It is jumbo and that is exactly what we needed. Our boy has plenty of room to roll around, explore, and just be a baby. The dangling toys that come with it are a huge hit, and we have even swapped a few out and added some of our own to keep things fresh and entertaining as he grows.
Our favorite addition to this playmat is a Buff Baby speed punching bag. I mean, he is the son of two professional fighters, so it absolutelty fitting! Watching him hit the little punching bag is hilarious and the cutest thing I have ever seen.
The mat comes with a mirror, a crinkle hanging toy, and a teething hanging toy; all the sensory stimulation a growing baby needs. We also prop up a black and white book when he rolls to his tummy to keep him engaged and learning. I also love that there is more than enough room for us to lay right next to him and play together. Those are the moments I live for.

Lots and Lots of Burp Cloths (Trust Me on This One)
Let me be very clear, you can never have too many burp cloths. I keep at least two in every single room of the house and a couple stashed in my diaper bag at all times. With an infant, you simply never know when you’re going to need one.
Right now my son is in the extra drooly phase of life where he is soaking through the top of his onesies on a daily basis. Cute? Absolutely. Gross? Also absolutely lol. These burp cloths have been a total savior for keeping up with all that extra mess.
And it’s not just the drool With any new baby, spit up happens. A lot. On you, on the floor, on everything you love. So do yourself a favor and do not get caught without one nearby! Whether I’m at home or at the gym, burp cloths are always within arm’s reach.
My go to are the Comfy Cubs Muslin Burp Cloths. They are highly absorbent, incredibly soft, and completely safe for baby, which matters so much now that he is grabbing at absolutely everything. I even give him one of these to put in his mouth while he takes a bath, they are his favorite chew toy lol. They also come in a multicolor set which is super cute and practical.

Lululemon New Parent Backpack 17L
I am absolutely obsessed with this diaper bag and I will not apologize for it. When my best friend gifted us this bag, I had no idea it would quickly become one of our most used items, but here we are, reaching for it every single day.
First, let’s talk about space because it is incredible. The two side pockets are perfectly sized, I keep my Owala water bottle on one side (linked below!) and the other is just the right size for a baby bottle too, for whenever my son decides he wants to take one! Inside, there’s no lack of pockets, I have no problem fitting multiple diapers, a full pack of wipes, two sets of extra clothes, and a blanket all at once. Nothing is ever crammed or disorganized.
It also comes with a mini bag that holds a changing pad, which is such a thoughtful touch. On days we skip the play mat, I’ll toss in a blanket and some toys for him to play with at the gym, and everything fits so perfectly and neatly.

Owala FreeSip 32oz Stainless Steel Water Bottle
Let’s talk about last but certainly not least, the Owala water bottle. I genuinely do not know how I survived this long in life without it, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
Shoutout to my best friend Titi Mel (best titi ever!) for gifting me this bottle for my birthday, she is without a doubt the greatest gift giver in my life and she really outdid herself with this one.
As an exclusively breastfeeding mom, hydration is the key and my Owala makes sure I never fall short. This bottle comes to bed with me, follows me all around the house, and absolutely makes its way to the gym every single day. If it could come in the shower with me, it probably would lol!
The 32oz size is the sweet spot, not too big, not too small, just perfect for throwing in the diaper bag and carrying around all day. I aim for 4 to 5 refills a day and I know that when I hit that goal, both me and my baby are well taken care of.
The dual sip feature is something I did not know I needed until I had it. At home I sip through the straw like a civilized human, and on the mat when I’m training I flip to the open mouth option for a quick chug between rounds. It works perfectly for every scenario of my crazy life.
